On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels on 10th January 2020. Hazy gold with shallow disappearing foam and a fair amount of lacing. Grassy hoppiness in aroma, with some nuttiness. Crisp citrus in-mouth with a little floral hoppiness. Bitter citrus on the finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Nice stuff. Easy going, lemon grainy. Nice drinking.

From tap as Jandrain-Jandrenouille Moeder Everyday at Moeder Lambic Original with JFE 05.10.19. Hazy pale straw colour. Bright white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of meadows and bitter lemons. Good!

Draft @ ML Fontainas Italian beer wknd. Dorée paille, col blanc. Arôme assez classique partant sur des effluves rappelant fortement la drêche, rétro houblonné noble apportant de fines effluves de fleuri et un peu terreux en classique belgo-anglaise. Palais est léger, axé grains, pas mal de pils, caractère noble houblons, terreux et fleuri avec une petite percée de citronné.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 17 Oct 2018) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with rocky white head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with notes of bread, grass, hay and herbal hops. Malty, fruity taste with grain, bread, hay, some citrus and a balanced herbal, citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Drucken på fat på Moeder Lambic Fontainas. En lätt ljus belgian ale med en hel del witkaraktär. Citrus, säd, gräs och lätt kryddig. Lättdrucken och fräsch men ganska tunna smaker. Gott.

Tap @ Moeder Lambic, fontaines. Pours Hazy yellow with a White head. Citrus and Grassy hops. Yeast. Inviting nose. Flavor adds phenols - rubber and vegetables although Its little Its definetly there - and disturbing enough. A shame.
