Esta es una clásica cerveza resultado del encuentro de dos mundos: El suave gusto afrutado de ales claros de Inglaterra combinado con el poderoso aroma floral y de cítricos resultado de la adición abundante de lúpulos de America del Norte, especialmente Cascade. El estilo es originario de Estados Unidos, y es ideal en combinación con casi cualquier platillo, pero especialmente para barbacoas y carnes asadas. También funciona bien junto con ensaladas de perfil recargado hacia lo amargo (arúgula) y ligeramente dulce. Esta cerveza la hacemos todo el año, y nos encantaría poder disfrutarla en un parque con vista hacia el Golden Gate.

33cl pours a dark orange with some thin white head. Nose is vinous, lemon, lime, green grape, some grass, prickly pear, some corn lurking. Flavor has more pear and more candy or corn syrup, lime, green grape jolly rancher. Off dry finish. 7 3 6 3 12

Shared 12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy bronze color with a white head and losts of floating sediment. Aroma is light malt and citrus. Taste is light malt, citrus, and caramel. Finish is quite messy.

Hazy light amber. Lots of cascade in the nose. Fruity, yeasty basic pale ale.

Bottled, from La Belga, Mexico City. Hazy golden, coarse head. Fruity, minerally nose with some grapefruit and lychee. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Soapy and medicinal with tangerines and sugar. Mid bitter finish. Too sweet and with too much off flavours.

A hazed golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, good biscuit malt with floral hops with nice citrus pulp. In mouth, biscuit malt with grassy citrus hops, light alcohol , and burned caramel. Bottle at Kitchen6, March 30 2013.

Hazy golden color; medium creamy head. Medium aroma of malt and nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts). Dry mouthfeel, some caramel flavor, low sweetness, correct bitterness; there is something dusty. Imprecise.

Bottle 33cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, resin - cleaning stof, earth notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry malty and vague hoppy. Sweet and hops fruity. Nice and easy hoppy. Light sweetness. Mild fruity hoppy and roasted malt flavoured finish. Nice balance between hops and malt.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and some hops, leading to a bitter finish.
