Formerly called Blush Cider, now Berry Blush.
Autumn's first ripe apple signifies the beginning of our cider making year. We create our intriguing and delicious ciders by working harmoniously with the seasons, using 100% fresh pressed juice and the best traditional cider making practices. The unique character of blush: an exceptional, gently sparkling cider with the fruity aroma of fresh raspberries and a crisp dessert apple finish. A fruity, well-balanced cider. Serve lightly chilled for those long summer evenings or as a celebratory drink in champagne flutes.

Bottle at Bill’s restaurant, Tourist Town Zentrum, 05/09/15. Pinkish red topped with light crimson bubbles, carbonation evident. Nose is light raspberry, apple orchard, fresh straw. Taste comprises Braeburn apple, sweetish licks, light red berry whisper, straw. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff, finished a little sweet for my liking.

500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours vivid pink with big fruity red berry aroma. Taste is clean, fruity and not too sugary. Clearly some distinct raspberry flavours with some floral elements. One for the other half.

Bag-in-a-box at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Rose wine colour with a trace of head; raspberry aroma; sweet fruity taste; and a crisp apple finish. It would be hard to tell this from Mateus Rose in a blind tasting.
