440ml can from Busby's Cellar. Pale yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of green apple, apple core, apple flavoured chewing gum. Taste is sweet, woody apple, green apple, some skin and core, with a slight biscuity oxidised note. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Abit artificial tasting.

Keg halfpint at Seventy Four Talbot, Dublin. Slightly sparkling, very pale straw colour, no head. Aroma of sweet dessert apples, with a hint of sulphites. Sweet flavour, notes of dessert apples, easy drinking.
