Bottle courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery. Had this sat in Frank at the end of the night, Tuesday 30th September 2025 after a night out at Sammamera, Freising. Pours murky dark brown with very little head, meaty, thick in the mouth, it's a bit chewy, wet wood, it's a bit boozy but it's certainly not without its charms. Do I like it?, yeah sort of, there is a certain Belgian vibe here but it's not obvious.

CBH2025. Coppery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, some toasted tones with mild herbs, plum and a bit wooden tones with alcohol also coming through. Flavour is nutty, some alcohol, milld wooden tones with some plum dried fruits and mild spiciness to it. Quite thick. Almost a bit imperial stouty.
