Taste comprises straw, bitter orange, light spice, earthy, slightly soured fruit tones, yeast esters, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. On tap at the taproom. An unclear orange-golden beer with a small white head. Light aroma with some banana and cloves. A touch of something puke like too. Sweet flavor with banana and some cloves. Hint of orange too. Low on bitterness. Short finish. A very boring one, and not very good either. 130812

Bottle @ home. Cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Delicious, spicy yeasty, rich banana, nice wheat malty aroma. Tasty, a touch tart, rich wheat malty, delicious banana, kick ass vanilla flavor that is refreshing and not over the top. One of the better American versions of a German Hefeweizen out there.
