Bottle, purchased inside Yosemite Park, where it is sold under the name "Yosemite Pale Ale." Pours golden amber with a little haze. Medium white head with some staying power. Aroma is of slightly sweet malts, with piney and citrus aromas from the hops. Balanced taste with the hops and malts. A nice bitter hoppy finish. A surprisingly good Pale Ale.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and a bit of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter finish combined with strong notes of lime and lemon peal. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle as Paranoid Pale Ale. So much hop it suggests cat pee (that’s a good thing). I say citrus/floral (not grapefruit) with some resin/pine. Color is darkish coppery with tiny bubbles. The white head ringed quickly. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is hop - starting with pine, passing to grapefruit, and back. There is some malt, but balance favors hop! Finishes crisp and dry. Pretty good APA.
