Old rating - A 12oz bottle, as Yosemite Pale Ale. A gift from a friend. Poured at home, amber in colour with a white head. Aromas of mild hops. Tastes of pine hops. Dry bitter finish. Decent pale ale.

Draft at the Handlebar. Clear, bright golden, thin silky head. Malty, grainy aroma. Taste is biscuity, dry, faint presence of hops. Fast finish.

Hindamiseks teen vaid ticki.

Bottle is Yosemite lodge. As Yosemite pale ale. Mostly clear orange golden coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is odd grassy citrus, orange rind, little sharp citrus. Flavour is composed of base grains, tangy citrus, little oxidisation, apple, drying finish. Palate is dry, thin, highish carbonation, little mineral. Not a big fan of this. ,

Enjoyed as Mammoth Yosemite Pale Ale. 12 oz bottle purchased as a single at the Lodgepole general store in Sequoia National Park. The pour is clear golden with a one inch slightly off white head. The aroma is cereal grain malt along with a faint floral, perhaps a bit of orange citrus. The taste is the cereal grain up front, moving towards lightly bitter floral, a bit of orange (though more orange rind than citrus) and a hint of pine. The palate is medium bodied, decent carbonation and mineral bitter in the finish. The bottle wasn’t dated, though I would guess this had a bit of age on it. Regardless, decent enough.

12 fl oz bottle: badged as ’Yosemite Pale Ale’. Poured twice at home into a stemmed ’Yuengling’ glass on 26 Aug 2013. A present from my daughter and son-in-law after a holiday in said park. Looked fine, a good deep golden body with a full off-white head on both pours. Hops to the fore in the nose and taste, with a malty undertone. I really liked this beer, good solid balance and plenty of flavour from start to finish. Liked the alcohol level, suited the body depth and flavour.

From bottle to glass. Moderate citrus and caramel balance well. A little piney hops as well. Clear copper with white head. Flavor is biscuit malt with slight citrus hops arriving around mid-palate. Moderate bitterness. Overall, a nice, balanced easy-drinking beer.
