Ambar anaranjada, turbia. Densa espuma cremosa, blanquecina y duradera. Aroma a lúpulo, recuerdos a incienso y resinoso. En boca es cremosa, bastante acaramelada en la base, ricas maltas, algo de miel. Cierto equilibrio, con contrapunto resinoso, notas de pomelo. Sólo cierto porque los lúpulos se imponen claramente. Amargor controlado, no exagerado, aunque se intensifica notablemente en el post-trago. Y alcohol muy bien disimulado, si bien se nota que no estás bebiendo un shandy, y el calorcito fina desvela los 9 grados y pico. En conjunto es una Imperial IPA alejada de extremos, compensada y muy bien hecha.

Bottled@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Hazy deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffee and mild berryish notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffee and some mil herbal and grassy notes.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of intense bitter fruity hops, tons of resins, apricot and some grapefruit. taste of intense bitter citrus hops, resins, spruce, apricot, grapefruits, zest, long intense bitter finish, delicious!

Clear orange beer, creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, bit sugary, ripe sweet tropical fruits. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet sugary start, caramel malts, very very fruity, some alcohol, pineapple juice, bitter touch, mango, bit resinous. Aftertaste: lots of ripe to overripe tropical fruits, papaya, some lychee, alcohol, sugary touch, bit sourish, more fruits.

Hazy deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft and mildly viscous. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweet malts, soft cream. Smooth vodka like alcohol. Light hop spice and well integrated mellow hop skunk. Ripe citrus and smooth pine. Finishes smooth and a little bitter. Smooth then but also shows it’s hand with the abv, but it’s not hot. Something of an old fashioned DIPA. Decent.

Bottle at home, 25th February 17. Pours orange with a slight haze, great white head, looks like a great craft beer. Aroma is heady, bitter orange marmalade, jam, tropical fruit. Taste gives a huge bitter hit, with pine, slight floral and then a long lingering bitter finish. Great IPA

Small yellowish/cream head over totally clear copper-amber beer. Pineapple, passion fruit, mango, grapefruit - extremely fruity hops, lupuline. Caramel, cake bottom, resin, fruity hops. Slight bit of solvent, too. At least medium bodied. Not very carbonated; very slick/hopoily. This, to me, is a strong IPA, rather than an Imperial IPA - if you get the point. For once, the nose, unidimensional, is topped by the flavour.

Slightly unclear amber with thin white head. Big sweet malts, caramel malts, marijuana hops, tropical fruitiness. Moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Honeylike sugary sludgey sticky.
