Cloudy brown beer. Light and dry palate. Moderate carbonation. Cocoa sweet chocolate balancing a fruity tang. Well flavoured for it’s modest abv. Finishes dry with more chocolate cocoa. Unusual.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, orange beer without any head. Slightly lactic nose with a hint of cellar. Pale malts and some fruits do most of the aroma job. The flavor is pretty much the same, with some citrus too. Lemon that is. Short fruity-sour finish. Medium body. Definately not my favorite. 091024

Murky brown-amber color, small off-white head. Acidic diarrhea nose with some apple. Light palate, watery. Some fruity apple flavors, sticky yeast, low bitterness, just some harsh notes. One of the worst De Molen beers.
