Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of vinous peaches, sweet oaky, citrussy, light cheesy. Taste has lots of sweet peaches, light vinous, leathery, cheesy, citrussy.

Bottle sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, day 2. Dorée, léger voile, pas de col. Arôme offre un bouquet fruité plaisant de pêche - fruité qui est nettement en retrait par rapport à la version Tilquin dégustée en parallèle - cependant, pêches belges pour 3F. Retrouve un côté funk, lambic, fin boisé. Palais est funk, boisé, note de cuire avec un caractère fruité pêche qui est plaisant et marqué sans pour cela être trop devant, à cet effet le côté lambic passe encore en premier plan. L'effervescence reste basse-moyenne et un léger fini citrique se note. Petite note épicée sur la fin.

0,15l taster at BXLBeerfest. light yellow rather hazy color, almost no head. smells of peach, earthy, peach jam, lightly citric. very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of peach, citric, earthy, spices, peppery, lactic. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour and notes of peach, citrus and some spices. very nice one, lovely balance so good to drink. 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of white grapes, ginger, pineapple, passion fruit. Taste of dry herbal fruits, lime, citrus, brett.

750ml bottle @ BXLBeerFest 2018. Pours yellowish orange with no head. Aroma of zesty, tart and sourish peach juice, funky yeastiness, wood, honey and farmyard. Taste is funky, yeasty and farmyardy with some intense sourness, loads of juicy peach, tartness and earthy notes. Finish is intense, sour and funky with some farmyard, lots of juicy peach, tart fruits and yeasty notes. Quite complex and heavy, pretty slow sipper due to the intense sourness.

Aroma of funk, cheese, lots of peach, some citrus, slight vinegar.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes medium acidic, a bit funky, a bit wooden, with lots of sweet lingering peach.
Tasty! Drinks so balanced, but also complex, with a beautiful combination of peach and funk. Very fresh and easy. Beautiful stuff, exactly as I like this style.
