Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 12/2012)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Banana aroma with some citrus, clove and cardboard. Medium-bodied. Banana esters, although not very sweet, clove and then papery notes, which make this a bit musty. Slightly below average hefeweizen.

50 cl bottle, BBE 04.11.2011
Aroma is somewhat floury and stale with banana esthers and hints of yeast. Slightly tart flavour is also floury with some ripe banana. Dryish palate. Ok weizen, but a bit too dry and stale.

Screw-cap bottle: Golden, hazy, big beaten-egg-white-like foam; phenolic-wheaty nose, only a very small amount of bananas and cloves detectable; mild sweetish-sourish flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; citrussy flavours in the smooth sourish-tart finish. A mild, refreshing Weizen......

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass orange-golden, nice head. Starts sweet, quite fruity like pineapple. Finish well balanced, modest sourish, still intense fruity. Not bad!
