Bottle 50cl.Unclear hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, banana, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottle @ German Tasting Ulfborg. Pours hazy orange with a creamy stable head. Orange, wheat and yeast. Sweet flavor. Lively carbonation. A bit of tartness.

Bottle at the Angry Fist of Santa tasting at Chris_o’s. Cloudy pale gold, thick, beige head. Soft wheat beer, some cereal. OK.

Bottle, 5.2%. Distinct banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour, big stable white head. The flavour starts off with plenty of banana, turning lemony, and finishing with a fat yeast and banana note.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. Mild wheaty and dry aroma. Flavour is mild spiced wheaty with a light yeasty bubblegum note. Gives a slight flat feel over the palate with a light sticky note in the finish. Dry and wheaty into the far finish.

(screw cap bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a massive foamy white head. Dusty, light-sweet, moderately yeasty nose with petty strong clovy phenols and a rather shy fruity (banana) touch. Light-sweet, minimal-acidic flavour; yeasty, wheaty taste with moderate to light fruity notes and early arriving cloves. Light-fruity, slightly tart finish. Not perfectly balanced

Herb-säuerlicher Antrunk mit fruchtiger Note. Im Mittelteil kommt dann aber ein deutlich hefiges Aroma auf, die Fruchtigkeit verläuft im Nichts. Der herb-säuerliche Ton aber bleibt und wird, wie die Hefigkeit, stärker und bleibt bis in den säuerlich wirkenden Nachgeschmack auf konstanter Intensität. Gutes Weizen, wenn auch nicht wirklich besonders. Test vom 25.9.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,10,10,10,9,10 - 9,55
