500ml screw top bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy pale gold, thick white head. Banana and clove party, basically. Classic hefe. Another solid pyraser.

Bottle. Pours cloudy light yellow with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and grain with subtle touches of banana. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour, with hints of banana and hops. Sourish and sweetish aftertaste. Relatively high carbonation. An OK German Hefeweizen, but nothing revolutionary.

Draft @ Vagabund Brauerei, Berlin. Dorée toruble, col blanc très crémeux. Arôme offre une belle palette ester fruitée, avec une pointe épicée rappelant le gingembre. Malt au bouquet pâle, couplée à un blé fort agréable tout comme les houblons. Palais offre un somptueux mélange fruité, levure-ester pour un voluptueux palais, le tout sur un léger ajout biscuité et une note phénol-épicé rappelant le gingembre. Ce côté épicé arrive en toute fin de bouche et est agrémenté d’un modéré ajout houblonné en amertume. Palais est épais avec une très bonne balance au niveau des goûts.

0.5l bottle. Hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma of mostly cloves, bit banana and lemon zest. Taste of bread, banana, lemon zest and pepper. Nice weizen.

500ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with firm, average, frothy to creamy, lasting, lacing, white head. Wheaty and yeasty, minimally spicy aroma with hints of citrus and a cautious touch of peach. Taste is wheaty, yeasty, minimally dry and tart, minimally unspecific fruity.

Bottle, cloudy yellow, stable white foam. On the spicier side of the fruit/spices balance - light banana,vanilla and dry clove,allspice. Medium nody sparkly mouthfeel. Fairly dry spicy base, some gunpowder/dust. Mellow finish, spices retronasal.
