APPEARANCE: ruby color with some orangeish highlights and hazy. white head with poor retention. TASTE: soft malty sweetness with some bready notes. medium bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting rotbier.

Bottle: Deep golden with a - indeed - reddish sheen, big stable off-white head with a good lace ; mild sweetish-malty nose, maybe a bit toasty, with a very faint fruity tinge of infection; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, very soft; light toasty and hoppy finish.Nice brew with an - unfortunately - amateurish touch...

(bottle) Hazy, reddish amber colour with a beige and firm medium-sized foamy head. Slightly doughy and a bit sulphuric malty aroma with a touch of caramel, subtle fruity and spicy hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, a bit light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly slim cara-malty base, again with shy fruity accents, as well as little hoppy spice; moderately sweet and slightly bitter finish with herbal notes and caramel in the aftertaste. 01.VII.14

BOTTLE 50CL from Beerhunter. Thanks, Hans Peter.
Look: cloudy amber with a big frothy-to-creamy light tan head.
Aroma: light caramel, yeast, fresh white bread, light toast and some dried fruit tartness.
Taste: light sweet, light hefeweizen-like tartness, white bread, very light hop bitterness.
Quenching and filling.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, nice head. Nice malty aroma. Starts malty-dry with hints of caramel. Finish less dry, a bit sourish. But quite drinkable. Nice!

Beautiful red-amber color, medium sized head. Light aroma of malt and cereals, lightly buttery. Mild flavor of caramel and refined sugar, semi dry, with moderate bitterness and light nutty touch.
Simple.
