With flavours of grapefruit, pine and bittersweet finish, our pils is a light bodied lager with real character.

Tap at The Castle Inn, Castle Combe, 17th June 2021. Pours clean and straw colour, very light. Aroma is straw, fresh hay. Taste is quite sharp, hay, straw, fresh grass, medium bitter and a sharp refreshing bitter linger. Not bad

Draft at the Pint Shop. As expected for a lager, pale golden with small foamy head.Crisp grain bill with a nice crisp bite, small hop presence, mostly some tasty grains. Refreshing.

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. A typical looking European lager, straw in colour with a fast fading white head leaving some light carbonation; however the nose and taste reveals lemony citrus flavours that make this very palatable. A good attempt at "real lager".

500ml bottle from Utobeer. Clear gold, thin white head. Light lemony aroma. Wow, very clean, very lemony, easy drinking, no bad flavours, no puke, no cardboard. It’s a very decent light lager. Good.
