Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, nectar, some notes of honey as well. Flavour is nectary, honeyish, sweet wooden and gets some grassyness in the finish. Quite pleasantly balanced.

Bottled. Deep golden, clear bitter with a white head. Weak, malty, slightly roasted and sweet aroma, with caramel, malt and hops in the flavor. Too low on the hops. The body is rather thin, and the bitterness in the finish didn’t suit my taste. (060720)

Sampled cask conditioned at Queens Head Inn, Tirril, Cumbria.
Dark amber. Neutral aroma. Fruity with light body. Clean, low bitterness. Very drinkable, but that's it.
