Pineapple and cake dough aroma. Full bodied. Very sweet flavor with coffee, metal, malt peach and pineapple. Some alcohol, hidden by the overwhelming sweetness. A chichorei bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear amber colour. Small off-white head. Sweet aroma & taste. Candy, some caramel, overripe fruit. Just a hint of spiciness. Medium to full body. Low bitterness. Well-hidden alcohol. Overall: a decent ale without yeast elegance and beauty.
