The bottle looks good, the same as the beer in the glass. Dark, almost black. Smoky-roasty aroma. Starts malty-roasty, modest dry. Not as smoky as the aroma. Finish also shows fruity notes of plum. Still modest dry. Good dunkles!

Bottle: Ruby-amber coloured, smaller - lacy - off-white head, clear; not very sweet not malty-caramelly nose with a toasty and solid nutty traces; light to moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly toasty and dry dark-malty finish, followed by a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Very decent hybrid, neither a typical Dunkel nor a typical Schwarzbier..........

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with a small tan head. Roated malt aroma with a light breadish touch. Flavour has the same with a nice lasting roasted breadish malt flavour lasting into the far finish. Nice one.
