Die Prächtige – Durch den Einsatz der moderneren Tankgärung zur Weißbierherstellung und der Verwendung von rötlich, karamelligen Spezialmalzen entstand ein Weißbier wie es im Buche steht. Der Schaum ist eine Pracht, die feine Trübung erstrahlt im Dunkelgold, das Aroma erinnert mit seinen Hefenoten an feine exotische Früchte und der Geschmack… An dieser Stelle sollte eigentlich schon die erste Flasche offen sein.

Pale gold with a haze and a frothy, white head. Surprising citric aroma for a Weizen. Something like squeezed lemon juice over dough with a touch of banana. Taste is mildly bitter, faintly citric and faintly spiced. Body to the light side of medium, moderately watery texture, finishing citric. Different. Drinkable. Not quite sold though.

On tap at the brewery Gasthof, Eitting, Sunday 25th October 2020 after a 27.4km cycle ride from Attenkirchen. Pours hazy yellowy orange with a nice white head. Hits all the right notes on the aroma and in the mouth, soft mouthfeel, a little fizz, soft banana, wheatiness, good.

Süffiger, trockener, dunkel hefiger Antrunk. Mild fruchtig, leichte Herbe, vergoren bananig. Herb-hefiger Abgang. Nettes, nicht zu Süßes Weizen. 10/9/9/9/11/9

Frisch hefig süffiger Antrunk. Im Hauptteil schön süßlich-weizige Hefenote. Dabei schön mild-süffig. Kaum Herbe wahrnehmbar. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine tolle hefig-süßliche Note, langer Nachgeschmack. 14/12/13/13

Many thanks for this bottle to Beerhunter111. Hazy golden yellow with a white head. Aromas of wheat, banana, yeast. Floral and malty flavors.

Milchtig trübes goldgelbes Bier mit viel weißem Schaum, viel Karbonisation. Geruch leicht hefig, fruchtig, Ester. Geschmack hefig, getreidig, fruchtig, Ester, naja!

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty citric aroma. Fruity wheat malty tart citric flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty citrus finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy to hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light estery. Fruity. Citric and milky. Fruity and estery to citric finish. Sour to citric finish.

cloudy yellow, small bubbly white head aroma is slighlty fruity, malty, mild,not very hefe alike. flavor is citrussy, sourish. salty, tastes more like a berliner weisse.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Banana and yeast in the nose alright but also a hint of tartness. Medium body, now the citric tartness has taken over completely, yet some overripe fruit as well. Clearly infected. 210113
