A massive, dense Imperial Stout made with our friends at Vogelsang. One of the densest in terms of taste and texture, it is especially for fans of full-bodied stouts and those who escape the trap of General Winter with a warming, stout beer.
Candy sugar and maple syrup both leave their recognizable mark on our caramelly, brownie-like batch, which is complemented by the flavors of nuts and cookies and makes it totally pastry-like.

Sowohl Kandiszucker als auch Ahornsirup hinterlassen ihre unverwechselbare Note auf unserer Karamell-Brownie-Charge, die durch die Aromen von Nüssen und Keksen ergänzt wird und sie absolut gebäckartig macht.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Black body, off-white head. Vanilla and caramel dominate the aroma. Creamy, warming taste, vanilla, okay, kinda Kinder Maxi Kingish, simple but ookay.

Can picked up from (forgot where?) however done a search through emails and beer orders and not there, so must have been an in store purchase. Actually I reckon that I picked this up from Bierothek in Fürth. Consumed sat in Frank at the Freising P&R in the campervan area, Wednesday 16th July 2025. Pours pitch black, shark eye black with a tan, actually a light beige mid sized brown head, chocolate on the nose, also some honey actually it's maple syrup. Similar in the mouth, plenty of chocolate, a bit of an artificial taint to it, ok but not really wowing me.

Fairly tasty. Sweet and rather boozy. Some decent roast, a little burnt toffee, raisins, chocolate mousse. Warming finish, sweet but not quite sticky. Pretty basic gear but enjoyable enough.

Canned 330ml. -from Beerselection Budapest. Black coloured, medium sized brown head, chocolate and maple syrup in the nose. Chocolate, caramel, maple syrup, light vanilla, alcohol and sweet finish.

From tap at Keleti Waiting Room, Budapest, 13.02.25, with a small one being a rather large glass 20 minutes before closing time. Ebony. Brown head. Fine aroma and taste of pecan nuts, pistachio ice cream and marple syrup. Balanced with just appropriate bitterness. Full taste and mothfeel.
