On tap @ the brewpub. Pours hazy golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of grain and yeast with subtle hoppy and citrusy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with strong fruity and grainy notes. Rich carbonation. Banana aftertaste. Not bad.

Old backlog rating. Cloudy milky yellow, white head. Looks exactly like the Helles. Banana, light candyish notes. Salty, bitter tinge. Light body, sparkly. Bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy, yellow beer, well carbonated and with a large, but diminishing white head. Leaves nice lacings. Banana-esters, wheat, spices, citrus and coriander in the aroma. Quite fruity flavor with banana, spices and citrus. Medium body and a long spiced and hopped finish. It’s maybe a bit too hopped, but it sure is refreshing. (060708)

(On tap) Honey golden and hazy with a small head. Dry, actually very dry. Less fruity than your typical Hefe with a surprisingly marked bitterness that doesn’t last for long though. Lovely freshness. 260602

Draught at the brewpub / restaurant. Cloudy pale golden colour, good / moderate head. Cloves aroma and flavour. A light bodied and refreshing hefe, nothing special - but then, I like hefes, even if they’re not so special.

Draught. Coriander aroma. Very cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. yeasty coriander flavour. Some citrus mixed with the hops which are a bit harsh for a weizen. Aftertaste is a little unpleasant, like something that is past its BB date, only not beer.
