Bottle 25cl, funny that I had to take a bottle at my grandma’s retirement home bar because that’s the only beer they serve and located down the street from the brewery. Bière de style PiedBoeuf, pas grand chose comme alcool. Minime sous tous les points de vue, une once de malt avec une larme de houblon, le tout est sec avec des notes de paille et fourrage Ça rafraichit, c’est léger et local, sans plus.

Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, and a bit of straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweetish, buttery nose. Thin body, low carbonation, sweet - actually VERY sweet - with a metallic tang. Very subdued maltiness. No hops really. 040409

Bottle, 1.5%. Citric and grainy aroma, also seems a little herbal. Hazy pale yellow colour Very small white head. The flavour is slightly bready and quite watery. Not much flavour, hay and a little paper. Thin and not interesting.

Slight gushing (! a nablab!) to very white, whipped eggwhite-like head over big-bubbled, pale straw-golden beer. Wet dog, dried herbs as dune woodruff, or dried "straw"flowers, slightly honey-ish. Actually quite nice. Wry-bitterish flash, going over in a dull & watery mouthfeel and flavours of very petered-out meat aspic. As the fifth draw of the mash, metallic bitterness clashing. Dry & watery, if that can make sense? Each new sip again a whiff of honey, smeared over a cardboard biscuit. Weird.

33cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. Pale gold, lasting white head. Thinnish yeast/hop aroma. You know what? I thought that it would be horrible and even though it starts well in omuth, it has this metallic artificial lemon/lime finish. Well, I won’t make the mistake of buying this again.
