Draught@CBC2016 (Blue Session). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is dried wood, some floral, peachy and mild acidic notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some yeasty and quite dry wooden notes along with mild acidic notes. Slight berry sourness to it as well.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours dark golden with a offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of light sourness, malt, wet wood, balsamico, red grapes, tart cherries. Flavor is sour, wet wood, cherries, balsamico, light vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 130516

CBC 2016 Blue Session. Clear orange with faint white head. Heavily tart and sour aroma with stable, vinegar, wood and cherry. Similar sour, tart taste with cherry pips, oak, light vanilla and vinegar. Balances just on the right side of becoming too much to handle.
