Tap at CBC ’16. Clear amber with a ring off white head. Aroma is lactic with vinegar notes, citrus and a light funk. Flavour is heavy sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Fat på CBC-16. Laktosyrlig med lite äppelvinägersmak som drar aningen åt lök, syrliga plommon, grape. Trevlig men inte riktigt värd hypen kanske.

Sample at CBC 2016. Golden with a white head. Sour with some vinegar, berries, grapefruit and light bread. Quite mild and with light body. A decent one.

750ml bottle pours a hazy amber with some creamy, white head. Nose has apple cider vinegar, malt, red grapes, light sweat. Flavor is tart with vinegar and stone fruit, red grape, mild stale grain. Finishes tart. Solid, but not exceptional.

CBC2016. Klare orange goldene Farbe. Geruch leicht säuerlich malzig, reifes Obst holzig. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, rote Früchte, holzig, Vanille.

Taste is sour-ish dry, vinegar, oak, sorrel, unripe berries, berry skin, sorrel, raw rhubarb, grain, minerals, hints of butterscotch. Medium bitterness, acidic mouthfeel. Nice.
