Bakgården Både & 141019. Golden -yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, yogort, berries, juniper, spruce, malt, pine, forest, yeast, bread. Easy drinkable and interesting beer.

Tap @ Bakgården. Hazy yellow golden body with a dense, lacing white head. Interesting and refreshing aroma of pale malt, mild acidic fruit, spruce, red berries, juniper and pine. Flavor has an interesting combo of mild Berliner weisse acidity, fruit from the forest, pine, wet forest and red berries. Very nice, tasty, refreshing and different without getting weird. Medium body and nice aftertaste. Highly enjoyable, like a well-made, balancing kind of drink mix with a mild sour beer base.

Hmm, Det er jo godt og greit, men det blir litt for syrlig og smaksrent. Til en passende matrett fungerer det nok, kanskje i varmen, men det er liksom et øl som ikke står vest på egne ben.
