Clear gold blond beer, big solid creamy off-white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: wort, grains, metallic touch, some apples and pears, a bit yeasty, not very good. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, sweet touch, slightly bitter, banana peel. Aftertaste: pretty metallic, malty, wort, sweet grains, hay, cow fodder, meh.

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', best before April 2025. Hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, caramel, honey and some sultanas. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, honey, caramel, some nuts and a touch of sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright.
