Cask, at the Oakdale Arms, London N4, UK on 3rd June 2009. Hoppy, pale, bitter ale, light body and a weak, white head which quickly reduces. The beer was on good condition at the Oakdale, and strong hop notes in the aroma precede a main hoppy and slightly citrus fruity kick. Condition (despite virtually no head) conveys a medium palate of soft carbonation, and a lasting dry finish ensues. A rewarding pint.

Cask Conditioned at The Pembury Tavern, London
Nice aroma of fruity hops, some toffee. It has a good toffee flavor, with a hint of bread and cookies, and with a quite strong hopping, a bit fruity and earthy. Very good.

Cask at the Turf Tavern, Oxford, 06-09-08 Pours light golden in colour with a thin white head. Taste is a touch sweet but there is a good fruity bite and a furry bitterness to this. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3 Had this again on Cask at NWAF Manchester, 21.01.11 Pours a lovely clear golden colour, some corn and cereal, but nice tempered bitters-sweetness, little bit of banana, really lovely beer and better than I last remember it. Hazy, orange body. Missing head. Sweet, fruity smell. Flavoured with tropical fruits supported by notes of caramel malts. Careful bitter endnotes. Smooth palate. Rather thin in the mouth (half pint, cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney 12.08.2008).

(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London, 7 Aug 2007) Golden yellow colour with foamy white head. Fruity nose with distinct notes of lemon and grapefruit indicating the hop character. Fruity taste with lemon, grapefruit and generous amounts of citrussy hops in the resiny finish. Almost neo-american hop character in an English bitter with 4,3% abv! I could definitely do a session or two on this beer. Great stuff.

Cask handpull at Pembury Tavern, Hackney. Copper/gold colour with disappearing off white head. Grassy hoppy aroma, some tangerine fruit in mouth, suppable citrusy orangey beer, some juicy malt. Finish is very pleasant, not harsh, just tingly and satisfying.
