Moosehead dry ice has a reputation for being a drinkable strong beer. A clean beer with european hop aroma, dry ice is a well-balanced beer.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Can looks very simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Moldy aroma. Starts malty, spicy, a bit alcoholic. Spicy notes. Grainy. Finish could be more balanced. Okay.

0,355 l can from the Mix Markt in town. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Some grain, some citrus, some caramel on the nose. On a low level. Taste starts floral, little bit cheap alcoholic. Getting thin and cardboardy to the end. Low bitterness. Above average carbonated,

0.355 l can from the brewery's German web shop. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, straw and some apple. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, apple and some iron, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little grassy finish. Above medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Crappy macro lager, just about drinkable but far from great.

473ml can. Pours clear pale yellow with a tall but fast disappearing white head. Aroma is grain and malt. Taste is medium sweet, grain, malt. Light bitter finish. Stronger than usual North American macro lager. Nothing offensive. In fact, I even enjoyed it.

Purchased a 12-pack at the NSLC on my trip to Nova Scotia. Pours a clean golden colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and nice lacing. Smooth malt nose with hints of goat milk soap and sweetness. Malty tasting as well with some decent grain in the finish. The mouthfeel is where this is not very pleasant and the lingering aftertaste. Alcohol is well-hidden and malt does not feel too fake overall.

Another after hockey beer. Reviewed from notes, a couple stolen out of the locker room to take back for observation purposes. Here are my notes from cans and bottles.
This was poured into pilseners and pint glasses and honestly, there really isn’t any difference.
The appearance was a fairly decent looking clear yellow color with a vast amount of carbonation to be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a rapidly dissipating one finger white foamy head. There wasn’t any lacing.
The smell had some cooked corn - kinda like adjuncts.
The taste was mainly sweet through the cooked corn. There was a dry sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat exceptionally light and sessionable. The carbonation lends a decent harshness, but nothing to scrape your tongue.
Overall, serviceable light lager, nothing too bad, but nothing mind blowing.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear yellow to golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly mint, slightly sweet-bitter and a bit weird.
