I decided not to add another listing for the current vintage because aside from availability, bottle stats haven't deviated too much year to year & it is always a sum of many parts. I'm just noting this bottle is from 2020; 58 cases. Bottle from Astor. Stemless wine glass @home. Haven't had an AB cider in years, even though I have one sleeping in the fridge downstairs since 2018. Little bit of a bottle bomb, but it all ends up in my glass. Dexterity is my friend today. Deep, dark yellow, mellow gold color. Pretty, fleeting egg white head. Tiny sliver of lace sticks around. Earthy, cooked apricot, pastry, mild spice. Stuffy at times. Pretty okay. Taste is super astringent, Aspirin bitter, peach pit, tannic apple skin, lemonade, mint, leftover yeast. Slight oxidation on the otherwise apple & subliminal oak finish. Frothy, tiny bubbles that only secondary fermentation provides. Dry, but a touch of residual sugar keeps it from being too coarse. Best AB cider I've had in a long while. Good.

Bottle at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is light apple. The flavour is sweet with a dry mineral apple palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle kindly shared by the next table(Thanks)@Himmeriget, Copenhagen (11/05/2016) - light fuzzy golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Aroma and taste is prominent sweet apple, sweet fruity, apple skin, crisp sweet apple finish. Very nice.
