Bottle pour at Au Trappiste. Pours cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma is soft funk, dirt, chalk. Body is medium, sour, some stables, minerals. Rather thin flavours. Dryish palate, rather boring even if balanced well.

Bottle. Pretty, glowing, oily orange-golden. Dusty, dry, flowery nose, violets, grapefruit. Tangy flavor, grapefruit, violets, some vinegar and horse blanket, rhubarb. Oily, tart. Very strange but fun and I like it.

Level 42 bottleshare. Thanks to Matteo. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Floral vibe that gets a little soapy. Mild mild ginger, slightly bitter. Trace of violets, barely there. Light dry fijish. Passable.

Bottle shared in London / thanks to Matteo. Gusher! Pours unclear gold with a creamy topping. The nose has ripe lemon, light funk, faint floral notes, tangerine, subtle plastic. Light sweet flavour with a little green pepper, lemon peel, plastic, dry wheat. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes with more lemon peel, plastic, hay, grain husk. So so overall.

Bottle thanks to Matteo at level 42. Gusher. It pours cloudy pale orange with a medium white head. The aroma is funky, musty, floral, tart, tangy, parma violets, sugary, sherbet, a acidity, savoury and slightly herbal. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, orange sherbet, very floral, parma violets, white bread, herbal action and spice with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Unique that’s for sure. Not bad.
