Cask at Derby Brewery Tap Pours a chrome yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Nose is just vague hints of malts. Mouthfeel is mainly hops and grains with some herbs and citrus. Finish is citrus too, but with metallic undertones. I would class this as an English IPA – though a bit light for the style. Quite nice though.

Cask @ NWAF ’14, Derby. Aroma of lemon and cedar; slight salt. Taste is bittersweet and slightly soapy. More a strong golden than an IPA. Not particularly impressive, these beers are a dime a dozen.
