On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a clear, dark brown beer with a small, creamy, beige head. Roasted nose with dried fruits and a little sourish touch. Dried fruits, at least raisins, caramel, a little roasted notes, sweetness and a decent hop level giving a pleasant bitterness. Full-bodied with a nice level of co2. Overall, it’s a bit on the sweet side, but it’s a nice beer. Maybe needing some food. (090516)

Draught at the brewpub
Brown color; big head; nice lace. Roasted malt aroma, and some of the typical Danish yeast (if there is such thing). Medium body strength, with a quite good mix of roasted malt and dark caramel flavor, and respectable bitterness. Quite good.
