Orange coloured with a decent, long-lasting white head. Aroma of caramel, orange fruit and some earthy hops. The flavour had plenty of caramel malt, some citrus and a moderate bitter finish. Good.

500ml bottle. It was a shock to open the bottle and find yeast sediment on the inside of the cap - I guess the staff at my local Tescos donโt know how to store bottle conditioned ales!
This made for a very lively pour and a rather cloudy appearance. Hazy amber body with a large and loosely formed beige head; rich spicy toffee aroma; toffee malt flavour; a short buzzy bitter finish. Not bad - probably better if stored correctly.

500ml bottle from Tesco. Isnโt this a re-badge of Royal Oak?? Reddy brown, thin beige head. Yeasty fruity malty aroma. Good biting hop on end. Not sure the BCA works. Bit earthy. Nice hop though.

Bottle from Oxford Tesco 01-11-07 Poured mid amber with some bubbling and a tight white head. The aroma I found to be musty at first but this was followed by some floral notes though I never got tangerine. Feels soft in the mouth the bitterness is very subdued, some soft creamy vanilla like flavours, also fudge, a reasonable beer that could have been so much better me feels.
