Tap @ Caley Sample Room. Pours an amber-red with a nice head. The nose is intriguing with notes of barra-brith and then hazelnuts. The taste has more of the nuts and a sweet maltiness with some gentle herby hops on the end. The palate is medium in structure, with a good creamy texture and a refreshing finish.

Cask. Nice, deep amber color with a fine white head. Nutty, earthy, amber malt aroma with caramel. Dry, semi-roasted amber malt flavor. Earthy. Not a lot of hops, but enough. A nicely dry amber ale.
