Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear light orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet and tart peach with bourbon and light sweet grains backing. Flavor combines bourbon and sour peach perfectly with sweet grains backing.

On tap at Cascade, pours a cloudy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh peaches, with oak, some light bourbon and alcohol. Flavour is intensely complex, with bright peaches upfront, followed by oak and light bourbon. Oaky and bourbony. Excellent.

Hazy, thin head. Has a nice, grainy bourbon note, peach juice, and tartness. Tannic, gently bracing tartness. Nice peach for balancing sweetness. The barrel shows less on their palate, until the finish when a refined grainy note rushes through. Nice.
