[Copenhagen 2017] Thanks a lot! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Koelschip. Hazy golden. Nose is explosive fruit, pure peach so ripe & fresh at 1+ year age with complementary puckering & whisky. Taste is amazing puckering bourbon, sweet oak, whisky, USA puckering & the fruit is so bright and fresh. One more spectacular Cascade for me.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ TTOD(U)RBSG17 - The Tenth Official Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017 ] @ fonefan - Brugmansia house, Denmark. [ As Cascade Kentucky Peach ]. [ Vintage 2016 ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is tart, fruity, peach, stonefruit ala apricot fruity, light spicy - cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, peach, apricot, stonefruit, sweet fruit, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle "2016". Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, peaches, cinnamon and barrel. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, notes of phenols, little acetone, peaches, citric, little sour and lemon.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A hazy bright golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tart peach, wood, dry fruits. Taste of intense sour peach, vinegar, apples.

8 3 6 2 14 Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering ’17. Hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of canned peaches. It all goes wrong in taste, too heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy yellow to light orange golden color average sized white head. Aroma is very fruity, sweet ripe peach. Awesome! Flavor is medium to very sour, peach is still there but I would have liked it a little less sour, but it’s still pretty good.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are peach, wood, lactose acid, fruits, malt and hops. Nice and sour finish. Lovely.
