Bottle from Solbes store San Sebastian, Basque Country, Northern Spain 04.07.11 consumed at campsite Camping Igueldo, outside Frank (camper) 04.07.11 Pours mid amber, I don’t see a lot of reddiness here, off-white head completing the picture. Tangy in the mouth with a light bitterness, some maltiness, touch of brine, bit of caramel. Ok but beginning to feel just a touch disappointed with these Pagoa Basque beers. A6 A3T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Stepping down a bit, late in the evening on the first day of the 9th Copenhagen Beer Festival. Sample served from a bottle. Deep amber-golden body under a rapid fading white head. Malt-fruity aroma followed with a taste than is more prominent in the display of sweet malts. Modest ending with bitter hops. On the average level (15.05.2009)
