Explosive beer with evolved taste and with the strong aroma of coriander and buckwheat giving it an insane density.

Bouteille 341ml.

Smells a little wheaty, taste has some coriander. I thought the buckwheat would add something more interesting but it doesn’t. Goes well with the indian food I’m having. Pours blond with decent lacing. Pretty clear. Bottle from a d-pan.

Bottled shared by Kinz at the 15th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 7/16/11. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium sized creamy offwhite head. Decent head retention and lacing. Huge spice notes in the aroma. The taste is strong clove, strong coriander and citrus. Medium bodied. Way too overspiced. I think someone said this was like sucking on potpourri. I’d agree with that.

Bottle. Cloudy light orange colour with a thin watery head. Aroma of herb and fruit. Unusual flavour, has a very dry finish. spicy and makes the mouth water. Hard to rate.

Mostly coriander on the nose. Has a small head, muddy orange body. Flavour is lots of hops and coriander, but nothing else, leaving it tasting somewhat empty. Very weak palate. Needs further attention to get a full-bodied flavour.

This beer is said to be a spicy buckwheat one. It also has coriander in it. It poured a hazy amber-orange colour with a lot of carbonation. The thicker head dissapeared fairly quickly to form a thin one, for the remaining of the drinking experience. I could see lots of sediments floating around, and bigger ones hitting the bottom. Yeasty nose and hints of many spices. Taste also proves good with the spices, starting of with a sour taste and finishing with a dry smoothness. This is one of the better beers we can find here (province of Quebec) in the convenient stores. I like it !!!
