Award winning Mad Goose is a zesty pale ale with a refreshing citrus finish, inspired by our own fearsome feathered friend. Her hiss was far worse than her bite except around mating season when it was best to stay inside for another well earnt beer.

Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized foamy off white head. Malty caramel and bready aroma, some light fruity notes. Taste is moderately sweet caramel malt, sone fruit and earthy hop flavours. Creamy in the mouth with a pleasant hop bitterness.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Tribute to Shakespeare, 20160903) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness and a hint of creamy toffee. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, creamy toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter.

Cask@The Eagle Ale House, Clapham - Amber copper coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sweet bready malts, light citrus fruity with notes of lemon, straw, light grassy hoppy, basic easy going pale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and flowery. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, malt, and some butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish.
