Nee, er is niks mis met je ogen. Dit is Double Vision. Dit bier is een stevige double IPA, gebrouwen met Amarillo, Centennial en Sabro hop. Verwacht rijke citrustonen van Amarillo, tropische kokos en vanille van Sabro, en een licht kruidige afdronk van Centennial. Een smaakvolle en goed gebalanceerde IPA die de ware hopliefhebber zal verrassen. Dus ga hier maar eens goed voor zitten.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 14 Aug 2025) Golden amber colour, hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of apricots, tropical fruit and dried pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, apricots, pineapple, orange peel, bread and a generous citric/resiny bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and hoppy. Nice one.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fairly light bodied pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Bright piney hop intro. Good juicy Centennial, slightly lemon tinged orangey citrus. Touch of marmalade. Sabro used sparingly but still comes through with soft coconut. A mild nip of hop spice on the light finish. Kinda West Coast then, but I like the way this one works with Centennial and Sabro.

Tap @ Tapperij Het Veulen, Hertogenbosch. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 150425

0.44 l can from 'Mr. Hop', best before December 2026. Almost clear, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, very fruity and a bit dank aroma of tangerine, orange, passion fruit and a touch of green peppers. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, very fruity, a bit dank taste of tangerine, orange, grapefruit, passion fruit and light green peppers, followed by a medium long, quite bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice DIPA, rather bitter and crisp.
