330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Woody, slightly yeasty spicy and vinous fruity aroma, notes of oak, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, weak funky overtones. Taste is dry, woody, minimally tannic, slightly yeasty spicy, minimally vinous fruity, notes of oak, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, a touch of white pepper, some fruit acidic tartness. Oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, minimally prickly carbonation. Quite oak dominated, not overly distinct Saison character - OK.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet nettstore. Shared with Finn. Frothy off-white head over a hazy orange coloured body, lacing rings down the glass. Prominent dried fruity nose, mid-sweet. Apricot taste with a vinous support. Woody. Lingering aftertaste with warmth from the alcohol. Mouthfilling. Likable, rather sweet though. (Tromsø 22.09.2020).

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with red wine barrel, fruits and wheat malts. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying, fruity finish with lingering red wine barrel. Nice.

Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very light viscousity, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a light creamy sweetness. No saison herb, no fucken loss! Mild spice and a little floral pine. Trace of wood introduces a mellow and pleasant red wine (not white) vibe. Smooth finish. Not very saison but I couldn't care less about that, it's a good beer. Bitterish linger.
