Une pincée de vertu, beaucoup de rhubarbe, un chouilla de tonka et pas mal de vices, le secret d’une vie bien remplie. Alerte, dinguerie ! Une jolie acidité amenée par la rhubarbe, la tonka parfaitement dosée pour davantage de gourmandise, et une touche saline pour encore plus de plaisir.

Flight.
Poured deep orange in color ,hazy.
Aroma of sweet ovenbaked apples, sweetsour notes, some light spiciness. Kinda liked the aroma, but this on is quite sweet for a "sour" beer.

CBH2025. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some salty and mild tonka beans as well as vanilla to it with a wee bit of fruity tartness as well. Flavour is vanilla, some cinnamon, mild tartish sweet fruity tones with some mild peachy tones. Sweetish sour, and nicely refreshing.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 April 2025) Hazy golden amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with rhubarb, citrus, vanilla, tonka beans and cinnamon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of rhubarb, citrus, tonka, vanilla, apricots and cinnamon. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, and actually quite tasty. Very nice.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky orange body, off-white head. Citric, lightly tropical, appley taste - meaning rhubarb all in all. The tonka even comes off as a bit cinnamony. Really nice combination in a way. Lean, dry, slightly tart cakey taste, rhubarb leaning on stone fruit, spicy, bit tart and salty. Not a tonka overload thankfully.
