Bottle picked up at 3F. Hazed deep pink. Slim white foam. Aroma has booze steeped cherry. Inevitably there’s vanilla. Taste is sweet and pudding like. Drinks abnormally easy. Fuck knows how this brewery puts this out something of this quality that I’m guessing goes against the grain. You do want you need to do.

Hazy, looks a bit cherry. The aroma is a bit of the fruits. On the palate, it's got some of the honeyish mead. The lambic elements are interesting, lending funk, dryness. The mead has the fruit and a lot of honey. And then there's alcohol. It's muddled. There's even a touch of the bourbon character. Not 100% sure what to make of this.

Aroma: fruity, funky, bold.
Taste: along the same lines, boozy, a bit abrasive, but still funky and fruity.
Overall: interesting.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, lots of currant, a touch of cherry, and fermented out honey. Flavour has a nice blend of currant, fermented out honey, a touch of funk, and booze. Well, I didn’t expect this to work, and it does work better than expected. Unusual but I kind of dig it.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy dark amber orange with small off white head. Cassis forward with feint cherry, mild lambic funk, okay.

750mL bottle. Pours murky dark orange with a white head. Musty old wood, tons of funk on the nose. Flavour has a pretty strong boozy component, lots of sweet barrel character, tart cherries and currants. This actually works pretty well.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pinkish red, dense light pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity red fruit, cassis. Taste: Mix of moderate to over moderate sweet and moderate tart. Starting more fruity (cassis, cherry, red fruit) and funky (barn-like), finishing more sweetish. Bourbon and honey notes coming in halfway. Some hay and old hop at the background. Interesting mix of flavors.
