Aus der Flasche (2020 Edition) im 2024-10 getrunken. Hier haben wir ein rötliches Ale wo die Huckleberry (Amerikanische Blaubeere) sein Anteil hatte. Genauso im Aroma findet man klassiche Hefe Aromen eines Tripels mit einem spannenden dunkle Beeren Aroma. Alles zusammen nicht sonderlich komplex aber wunderbar harmonisch.

750ml bottle pours a crystal clear, garnet amber with a finger of white head. Nose is classic tripel, candi, peppercorn, yeast, ethanol, perfume, blueberry wine. Flavor has more berry, light jam but more natural wine than anything, a bit estery. Finishes full bodied, a little fruity. A nice marriage.
