33cl stubbie pours a pulpy orange with some sticky, clumpy white head. Nose has lemon, straw, malt, a little paper, mild spice, savory herbs. Flavor is interesting, there's a distinct pizza crust grist thing, paper, lemon, grass. Finishes medium bodied, dry.

Bottle at the hotel in Sofia - picked up at 100 Beers. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Pithy citrus aroma, pine needles, lemongrass. Light sweet flavour with clean pale malts, mild bitter citrus peel, some grassy bitterness. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Tidy finish, notes of lemon peel, crispy pale grains, pine needles. Solid.
