Sample pour at the brewery is a dark gold, light haze with some clumpy, white head. Eek! The nose is buttery, corn, yeast. Flavor is the same, malt, corn, treacle, butter. Finishes a bit sweet. Under attenuated maybe? 4 3 4 2 7

Keg at Nosferatu - Sofia. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Dough bread in he nose, phenolic notes, a little butter. Light sweet flavour, more dough, biscuits, cereal, a little citrus tang, mild butter, dry straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more dough, subtly buttery biscuits. So so.
