Draught at EBF08. Fruity aroma. Creamy and fruity flavour, some mustard. Hazy chestnut colour. Good rye mouthfeel. There is also some soft rye flavour, nicely bready.

Draught at Norrebro, Copenhagen. Something Fonefan recommended. Amber red, thin lasting beige head. It’s like a dryish Belgian amber. Bit of banana in there on the swallow.

Draught Bright red-amber beer with disappeared head. Bread, bit buttery, leafy, and some acetic/vinegar notes. Sweet-sour, like... a touch infected. Restugars covering it nearly up, giving the impression of syrup. Coriander too, somehow, ill-fitting with the German wheatbock idea. Medium body at best, with a right sticky finish. Yeast problem? Jumble of idea’s not coming together?

Clear ruby red color, small beige head. Malty, a bit ryeish and smokey aroma, hints of fruits too. Bitterish, some alcohol, slightly ryeish, hints of burned bread. A bit harsh finish.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear amber, no head. Some banana and toffee up front. Sweet and caramelly, fairly sweet with butter and resin. A bit fruity with low bitterness. Solid, but fails to make an impact.

Light brown color. Caramel, milk chocolate and a lactic, almost sour like a Flanders Red, distinctness in the nose. Very light bodied and deceptive for its strength. Nose is good indication of what you get in the mouth. Not rounded enough and aging may take away some of the sourness.
