Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a mostly transparent gold/yellow color with a thin cap of a white little head. Mild lace.
The aroma had some citrusy/lemon zesty semi-spicy sort of hops. Light grains/cereal.
The flavor yields to the zestiness that covers the sweetness of the grains. Tight herbal/earthy qualities somewhat roll in but even they have a hard time of trying to maintain some sort of balance here. Aftertaste seemed a bit cereal-like with the zest controlling that part. Finishes a bit cereal-like to slightly earthy.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation seems to tickle a bit more than expected, but I didn’t mind too much.
Overall, pretty good APA worthy of having again.

Keg at Prohibition Pig - VT. Pours mostly clear gold with a tight, pure white cream head. The nose has clean, plastic-like citrus fruits, lemon zest. Light sweet flavor with more rindy citrus, light pale malts, bit more plastic, grapefruit, grain husk. Light to medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. OK balance on the finish, more too-clean citrus notes, lemon rind, some minerals, hay. Not bad.

Draft at Prohibition Pig. Snifter shows me a bright gold with a thick cap of white head. Big Citra hop influences. Nose and flavor run together. Bursts of tropical fruit upfront and light traces of floral hops in the backend. It’s balanced with a moderate amount of pale malt sweetness. Juicy tropical fruits make it real easy to down. The body is a bit on the thin side but has a light pleasant lingering bitterness.
