Brewed with old-world techniques to be as pristine and refreshing as the place we call home—this beer is for those of us whose favorite destination is right in our back yard. The beer for beer drinkers; this brew is great for classic lager drinkers who were seeking out better beer 20 years ago and import was their only avenue. Crisp, clean, and easy—it’s a great break for craft drinkers experiencing palate fatigue or the macro drinker wanting to jump on the bandwagon and start drinking craft beer. A beer you can drink all day long.

Canned 1/6/26, drunk 7/10/26.
Clear and coppery-golden with a smallish, white head.
Nose shoes clean, dainty floral and herbal hop notes with gently sweet, honey-like malt. Very clean with good mineral.
Malty and well-attenuated with excellent herbal character and balancing bitterness. Clean and snappy and refreshing. Say what you will about Baxter but if people tried this blind, I think scores would be very different. Also, there is no corn in this, for all those commenting about the corn flavors.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Corn and hay aromas. Crisp with sourdough and hay front to back.

19.2 oz. can from South Portland, Maine. From the can. No aroma. Simple, straightforward pale lager. Lightly sweet. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Medium-light body. Low bitterness. Clean and smooth. A good, but not memorable beer.

19oz can, clear gold with plenty of frothy white head. Dusty nose, cracked grains, yeast, honey, malt. Flavor is straight forward, honey and malt and corn. Off dry finish. Fine.
